A private, gated neighborhood located in the heart of North Port. Home to 233 single-family residences, Talon Bay offers residents a peaceful and welcoming environment surrounded by scenic landscaping and eight beautiful lakes that add to the community’s natural charm.

At the center of the community is our spacious clubhouse, designed to bring neighbors together and provide a variety of amenities for residents to enjoy. The clubhouse features a comfortable TV room, an enclosed outdoor dining area perfect for gatherings and social events, a large heated swimming pool, and a spacious meeting and event room that hosts board meetings, community activities, and special events throughout the year.

Board meetings are held monthly at the clubhouse on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM. Residents are encouraged to attend and stay involved in the community.
